for organizations that want to extend their production beyond standard live performance rights.

Optional rights are not included automatically with standard performance licensing
and must be authorized in writing. Availability and pricing may vary according to the intended use.

FUNDRAISING AUTHORIZATION

For approved fundraising activities connected with a licensed production of Probationary Angel.

STREAMING & RECORDED PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

For productions seeking permission to livestream, record for public viewing, sell digital access, or otherwise distribute a performance.

ARCHIVAL RECORDING

Permission to create a non-public recording for the
producing organization’s historical
or archival records.

ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCES & EXTENDED RUNS

For productions requiring more performances or a longer performance window than provided by the standard license.

Rather than selecting individual production packages, theatres may choose to add the Department Resource System™ to either performance license.

The Department Resource System™ is an expanded digital production library developed to support future productions of Probationary Angel.

It includes:

Original Production Audio - Pre-show, Scene transitions, Intermission, and curtain call music available. (MP3) Bonus lyrics sheets (pdf) and pre-recorded studio tracks and voice overs specifically made for Probationary Angel.
Static & Animated Scenic Projections- (3840 x 2160 4K UHD, 920 x 1080 HD)
Department Interludes- Walk-ons mini skits and Announcements (2-20+ opportunities for expanded cast)
Department Communications- Interdepartmental documents not meant to be seen by humans- STATIC PNGs (3840x 2160)

What Your Performance License Includes

An authorized production begins with the materials needed to bring the script to your stage.

COMPLETE PERFORMANCE SCRIPT

The authorized complete script for rehearsal and performance use during the licensed production period.

PERFORMANCE RIGHTS

Written authorization for the number of performances and performance window specified in your licensing agreement.

PROMOTIONAL AUTHORIZATION

Permission to advertise your licensed production of Probationary Angel using the official title and approved promotional materials in accordance with your licensing agreement.

LiCENSING SUPPORT

A point of contact for licensing questions and assistance with the materials provided for your production.

How Licensing Works

From first inquiry to opening night, the process is designed to be clear and straightforward.

01 — SUBMIT YOUR INQUIRY

Tell us about your organization, anticipated performance dates, number of performances, and any optional rights you may need.

02 — REVIEW & CONFIRM

Your production details and requested rights are reviewed, and the appropriate licensing terms are confirmed.

03 — RECEIVE YOUR LICENSE & MATERIALS

Once licensing is completed, and payment confirmed, you receive written authorization and access to the materials included with your production.

04 — BRING THE STORY TO YOUR STAGE

Begin rehearsals, prepare your production, and create your own interpretation of the world of Probationary Angel.
